Salts titled by what they are made from and not what they are for. These salts will enhance your cooking and make everyone think you are a Top Chef.

Beef Salt: Smoked bone marrow,beef jus, nigella seeds,black pepper, garlic, aleppo pepper, lemon, rosemary, parsley, kosher salt.

Chicken Salt: Chicken jus, crispy chicken skin, garlic, onion,espelette pepper, lemon,thyme,parsley,kosher salt

Fish Salt: Crispy fish skin,fish jus,onion, smoked paprika,fennel pollen, orange,oregano,parsley,kosher salt

Pork Salt: Crispy pork skin,pork jus, garlic orange, onion, aleppo pepper, oregano,fennel pollen,kosher salt.

Red Wine Finishing Salt: Red wine sediment, Maldon Flake Sea salt finishing salt for lamb, beef, venison, stone fruit, tomato, dark chocolate, anything you would pair with red wine (*VEGAN / FINISHING SALT).

Vegetable Salt: Garlic, onions, leeks,carrots, fennel, thyme,parsley,aleppo pepper, black pepper, kosher salt (VEGAN)
